Returns & Refunds

All Everly Creations products are made to order and personalized, which means we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Because each item is created specifically for you using your provided photos and details, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom products due to change of mind, incorrect information provided by the customer, or personal preference.

Digital Proof Approval

Before printing, you will receive a digital preview of your design. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all details, including spelling, dates, and layout, before approving the proof.

Once a proof is approved and the order moves into production, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work with you to make it right.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before a digital proof has been sent or approved. Once production has begun, cancellations are not accepted.
